Open access policy
The collection of scientific works “Lexicographic Bulletin” is an open access journal: users can view, read, download and distribute published content for educational and scientific purposes, with mandatory attribution of authors and the source of information.
Published issues are archived on the journal website and are in a public access.
Principles
The editorial policy of the collection is based on the following principles:
– objectivity and impartiality regarding the selection of articles for their publication;
– high quality standards for scientific research;
– retaining the copyright and related rights.
Ethical norms
The editorial board of the collection is guided in its activity by the priorities of high scientific quality, objectivity, impartiality, review confidentiality, compliance with academic integrity and international academic standards. The editorial board of the collection opposes fraud, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism (submission of the same content to several journals by the same author).
Relations between the editors, authors and reviewers are based on compliance with ethical standards. The editorial board reviews all manuscripts submitted for publication without bias, evaluating each submission in a due course. The editorial board reserves the right to reject the text if it considers that the work does not meet the profile of the collection, or to return it for revision. The author(s) are obliged to finalize the text in accordance with the remarks of the editorial board.
Authors submitting materials for publication in the collection “Lexicographic Bulletin” certify that their manuscripts are written by them personally and have not been previously published anywhere. The author(s) take the full responsibility for any plagiarism of the submitted manuscripts.
